Service Questions
Do I need to be home for service?
No, you don't need to be home! As long as we have access to your
yard and the dog is secured or friendly, we'll take care of
everything while you're at work or away. Most of our customers are
never home during service.
What if you can't access my yard?
If a gate is locked or a dog is aggressive and we can't access
safely, we'll contact you right away to reschedule and make
arrangements for future visits. We'll work with you to find a
solution that works.
What happens in bad weather?
We service in most weather conditions — rain, shine, or light
snow! However, in extreme weather (heavy snowstorms, ice storms,
or dangerous conditions), we may need to reschedule for safety.
We'll always keep you informed if weather affects our schedule.
How quickly can you start service?
In most cases, we can get you scheduled within a few days! Contact
us and we'll find the next available spot on our route that works
for your area. If your yard needs a deep cleanup first, we can
schedule that even sooner.
Will you close my gate after service?
Absolutely! We always secure gates and ensure your yard is left
exactly as we found it. Your dog's safety and your property
security are priorities for us.
Pricing & Payment
How much does the service cost?
Weekly service starts at $20/week for 1 dog, $25 for 2 dogs, $30
for 3 dogs, and $35+ for 4+ dogs. Bi-weekly service starts at
$30/visit. One-time cleanups range from $50-200+ depending on yard

How do I pay?
Most customers use automatic weekly card billing via Square — it's
easy and hassle-free. We also accept e-Transfer or cash one week
in advance for those who prefer not to keep a card on file.
What if I get another dog?
Just let us know and we'll adjust your pricing to match your new
dog count. The change takes effect on your next scheduled visit —
simple as that!
Do you charge extra for large yards?
Our pricing is based on number of dogs, not yard size. However,
exceptionally large properties (over 1 acre) may require a custom
quote. Contact us and we'll provide a fair price.
What if you miss a week?
If we miss your scheduled service due to our error, that week is
free. We pride ourselves on reliability and accountability. Your
trust is important to us!
Cancellation & Flexibility
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. Just give us 48 hours'
notice so we can adjust our route and billing accordingly. We
believe in earning your business every week through great service.
Can I pause service during vacation?
Absolutely! Just let us know when you'll be away and we'll pause
your service and billing. When you're back, we'll resume right
where you left off. No fees, no hassle.
Can I switch between weekly and bi-weekly?
Yes! Just give us a few days' notice and we'll adjust your
schedule and pricing accordingly. We want to work with what fits
your needs best.
Yard & Dog Questions
What if my yard is really bad right now?
No problem! We'll start with a one-time deep cleanup priced based
on the condition (light, moderate, or heavy buildup), then move
you onto a regular weekly or bi-weekly plan to keep it maintained.
Everyone starts somewhere!
What if my dog is aggressive?
We'll work with you! Many of our customers have dogs that need to
be secured during service. Just let us know the situation and
we'll arrange for your dog to be inside or in a separate area
while we work.
Do you service in winter?
Yes! Dog waste doesn't take a vacation in winter, and neither do
we. Service continues year-round, though heavy snow may
occasionally delay visits by a day or two for safety. Many
customers pause service in deep winter and resume in spring.
