Our pricing is based on number of dogs, not yard size. However, exceptionally large properties (over 1 acre) may require a custom quote.
If we miss your scheduled service due to our error, that week is free. We pride ourselves on reliability and accountability.
Yes! Just give us a few days' notice and we'll adjust your schedule and pricing accordingly.
Yes — Scoop Squad uses Square to handle all payments, so your card details are protected with bank-level, PCI DSS-compliant encryption and never stored on our end. For subscription clients, Square securely stores your card on file and processes your recurring charge automatically each week or bi-weekly — no action needed on your part. You'll receive an automatic receipt every time, and you can update or cancel your payment method anytime by reaching out to us directly.
We don't lock you into long-term contracts — but there is one
condition tied to our free initial clean-up offer. Because
your first visit includes a complimentary deep clean (waived
as a thank-you for signing up), we ask that you remain an
active subscriber for a minimum of 10 weeks from your start
date. If you cancel before that period, a one-time charge
equal to the value of your initial clean-up will be applied to
recover that cost.
After your 10-week commitment period, you can cancel anytime
with 7 days' written notice — just send us a text or email and
we'll handle the rest. No runaround, no hassle.
