We're Mark and Baillie, a Cape Breton couple who built Scoop Squad because we know exactly what it's like to have a demanding schedule and a dog that doesn't care about it.

Mark works full-time in rail operations — routes, timing, and systems are his everyday world. Baillie is a full-time registered nurse. Between the two of us, we understand what it means to be busy, and why having one less thing to worry about actually matters.

We built Scoop Squad to be a proper, reliable service — not a side hustle that disappears when life gets busy. Baillie keeps the operations tight behind the scenes — bookings, messages, and making sure no yard gets missed. If you've reached out to us online, you've probably already talked to her.
